Thank you for supporting Queer Latines! As a small team, every purchase and membership directly supports our teachers, our programming, and the people who keep this community running. Below are our policies for the Fall Spanish Program and for Queer Latines Membership.

Note: Our event ticket policy is handled separately through Luma at checkout.

Fall Spanish Program Refunds & Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel before the fall program starts, you're eligible for a full refund up until September 6 - one week before our program orientation on September 13. After September 6, all sales are final. Given the size of our team and the nature of our programming, we're unable to offer refunds or cancellations once the program has begun, including partway through the 10 weeks.

Plans changed? You can transfer your spot. Email us at hello@queerlatines.com with your friend's name and we'll update our roster for you.

On a payment plan? If you're paying through Afterpay or Klarna, your installments continue on schedule regardless of attendance. Your spot is reserved and considered paid in full through your enrollment, so pausing attendance doesn't pause billing.

If we need to reschedule a class, your enrollment carries over automatically. If the new date doesn't work for you, reach out and we'll do what we can to help.

Outside of the pre-start window above, we're not able to offer refunds for missed classes, late arrivals, or other circumstances outside our control. This policy allows us to keep paying our teachers fairly and keep this program running for the community at this price point. Thank you for understanding, and for being part of it.

Monthly Membership Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Your Queer Latines membership is billed monthly, and you're free to cancel anytime. Because membership gives you ongoing access to our Discord community and monthly Spanish practice for the month you're billed, we're not able to offer refunds for partial months or unused time.

When you cancel, you'll keep your access through the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that. You can cancel you membership by logging into Memberful.
